The changing market has changed our business entirely. The lenders have tightened their lending restrictions and it has caused a ripple effect all over the country. Though it is harder to get approved, it is definitely the time to buy. With interest rates as low as they have been in years and the housing market reducing their prices. There is NO REASON not to buy!!!
