I have been looking for a condo for approximately 4 years when I found a listing of 3 of them in the classifed section of my local newspaper. All had different brokers, since I had know Sue Smith of A HomeTown Realty for approximately 6 years, I wanted her to be Real Estate Agent. She instantly contacted all 3 listing agents and obtained the keys for me to preview all 3 condos. As a result of my initial walk thru, I immediatly eliminated 2 of the condos for further consideration. Because I already owned a mobile home it took me sometime to decide whether I should make an offer on the remaining condo before selling my mobile home. Sue helped with my decision I requested her to obtain the keys from the listing agent 2 more times before making a decision to purchase the condo. She was always patient, courteous, professsional and never rushed me into making a decision, after some negotiating the seller and I were able to reach an agreement.
